Purpose

 The purpose of Emmanuel Song is to provide a meaningful and unique way to look into and learn from Praise and Worship Music. This is a devotional tool that is intended to cause you to think about who God is. Hopefully, as you meditate on the truth of God, you will learn and desire to love Him more.

The Description
We will look deeply into relatively modern songs of praise and related scripture to seek to know God better.
Through delving into His Word and the words of those who praise Him we cannot help but learn great things.
Every week there will be a new message and more thoughts on the site.

The Difference
What makes this site different from any other devotional source? You may have seen other devotional tools that sound very similar to what I have described. What sets Emmanuel Song apart is that you can, and are encouraged to, listen to the song as you read the lyrics, scripture, and brief message. I believe that by taking a few moments to connect with God, not just studying, but praising Him in your own way through the song each week your relationship with Jesus will grow. Whether you sing along with the song, pray as it plays, or just listen, devoting that time to God alone is a sacrifice of praise.
